Machine Structure:
1 .The structure of the machine was studied using accurate finite element stress analysis and designed using scientific mechanical principles. The fuselage's main plate and internal rib plate structure are well thought out, which makes the fuselage much more stable when it is under a lot of pressure.
2. The machine structure adopts high-precision temperature-controlled tempering furnace tempering heat treatment, following the temperature curve corresponding to the steel plate material tempering heat treatment process, and then carries out full-frequency vibration ageing treatment for a sufficient period, completely releasing the welding internal stress, to ensure that the long-term use of the machine is not easy to occur mechanical deformation, to ensure that the equipment has comprehensive accuracy of the stability of the machine.
3. The mounting surfaces and holes of the guide rail, screw, positioning rotating mechanism, transmission mechanism, etc. of the machine body are completed by large-scale CNC machining equipment in a single clamping process, which ensures the flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity of the machining surfaces and the assembly accuracy of each part of the machine, and thus improves the service life of the equipment and the machining accuracy;
4 .Design different jigs and fixtures for customers' products of different shapes and sizes, and adopt a high-precision multi-axis machining center to process the jigs and fixtures to ensure consistency of accuracy before and after clamping in the process of use.
5 .Welded parts, regardless of the size of the pieces, are used in the entire welding process in carbon dioxide-shielded welding, using a bevel-full welding process to ensure that the welded parts of a firm and beautiful appearance.
6 .Carry out precise measurement and inspection of each part of the machine, and strictly control the processing quality of each installed part to ensure that the precision of the whole machine assembly reaches the standard of high-precision machine tools.
Servo system:
Our bending center adopts an advanced full-electric servo closed-loop system, which has 13 main axes (the number of axes can be increased or decreased arbitrarily according to the needs), can realize multi-axis linkage, smooth and fluent bending action, a high synergy of mechanical action, and can easily achieve a variety of complex combinations of bending action, the efficiency of the whole machine, and the bending accuracy of the leading domestic. The daily maintenance workload is very low. Equipped with a self-lubrication system, the system automatically warns when the oil volume is lower than the specified value, and only needs to add lubricating grease by the program prompts.
1 Feed Clamping.
A variety of clamping methods can be selected according to the size and shape of the parts. One adopts a Germany-imported vacuum negative pressure suction cup to hold the workpiece to move and rotate the feeding movement, suitable for the size of a small surface without holes in the plate, the way of the later replacement cost is low, long service life, clamping solid, high precision; another adopts the pressure arm type to hold the workpiece to move and rotate the feeding movement, suitable for the size of larger, the surface of the plate with holes or platforms, the way of the service life is longer, the clamp is more solid, This method has longer service life, more stable clamping and higher precision.
2 Working Table:
The use of a high-precision work rotary platform can achieve > 360 °safety zone within any angle of rotation, to support the multilateral angle bending, loading, and unloading operation is simple, greatly improving the safety and comfort of workers.
3 Bias load detection:
If there is any foreign body in the middle of the upper and lower pressure knives, or the workpiece is not qualified, which causes partial load, the system will issue sound and light warnings when the value of partial load exceeds the permissible range and stop the operation at once, which can effectively avoid wasting the workpiece, and avoid the damage of the equipment at the same time.
4 Bias load followers:
When the plate deviates from the center of the tool to fold the edge, the system can automatically adjust the output torque of the motor to achieve the synchronization of the individual motors ensure the folding effect, and protect the machine positioning slide from damage.
5 Plate thickness test:
If the actual plate thickness exceeds the set thickness range, the system generates an audible and visual warning and immediately stops the machine to prevent waste of workpieces and damage to the machine.
6 Programme editing:
Simple to learn, easy to operate, analogue display of the edited workpiece bending shape, the self-checking system can pre-judge whether the edited program is correct and reasonable, to avoid waste of workpieces, and effectively protect the equipment.
7 HCI system:
